Yesterday Ian Williams staff were invited to a Mental Health in Construction and Suicide Prevention Lunch and Learn led by The Lighthouse Charity.
We learnt about the strides the construction industry is making in addressing mental health and mental health issues, about how to recognise the signs that someone is struggling with their mental health and how to approach them and talk about it.
