The appointment by Stonewater of Ian Williams has increased the availability of repair services provided to Stonewater’s customers in the South of England. The two organisations will also launch jointly branded vehicles in the coming weeks to promote the new arrangements. The leading national housing association appointed Ian Williams to deliver repairs services on behalf of Stonewater in Sussex, Hampshire, Surrey, London, Berkshire, Oxfordshire.
Ian Williams are now offering Stonewater customers repair services in the evenings, on Saturdays and on bank holidays. Customers are able to make appointments for as late as 8pm on weekdays and between 8am to 1pm on Saturdays. With the exception of the Christmas and New Year period, when an emergency only service will be available.

It is a commonly held misconception that the majority of our customers are at home during the day. However, we provide affordable homes to many working households. I am really pleased that our customers will have the opportunity to schedule repairs from Ian Williams at what we hope will be more convenient times for them.
