The Ian Williams team in Liverpool has recently completed decoration works for Blackburne House on behalf of client Riverside Housing Group. The project has been delivered as part of the £1.6 million 3-year cyclical painting and repairs contract awarded last year by Riverside to Ian Williams.
Blackburne House is a Grade II listed building which houses a unique organisation. It was established in 1983 with the aim of progressing women from disadvantaged backgrounds into employment within technical professions where they were under-represented. Today, Blackburne House Education is a vibrant and thriving organisation and one of the UK’s leading education centres for women which supports local and often vulnerable women by providing a safe and welcoming environment in which to develop and grow. We were delighted to help contribute to this welcoming environment with the decorative improvements to their learning spaces.
