It is always great to be recognised for a job well done, but when this comes directly from the residents whose lives you are aiming to improve, it is even more special. Ian Williams’ Maidstone team recently created three new parking and pathway areas for our customer Anchor Hanover and received great feedback from all the residents.
Home Farm Court
On completion of the new parking area at Home Farm Court, the chair of the Residents Association, wrote to the team to thank them directly:
“I am very happy to confirm that the work to create the new parking area at Home Farm Court, Frant has been completed and that I am very pleased with it. A number of other residents here have told me that they are very pleased with it too. I would go so far as to say it is perfect – just what we needed.
“I’m writing to thank you all personally for the contribution that you have made towards achieving this very satisfactory situation. On behalf of the residents, I am very grateful to you all.”
Harmer Court
The second Anchor Hanover works to be complimented recently are the carpark and pathway refurbishment at Harmer Court. Comments from residents like: “a good job done”, “so much nicer than the paving slabs”, “we now stand out, property looks well cared for”, “looks appealing”, and “having parking bays much better, so better parking means more cars onsite.” One resident also said: “if she was looking to rent, she certainly rent here as the front of property so great looking!”
Gill Court, Scheme Manager, Anchor Hanover who passed on the feedback also added: “They have done a smashing job, with very little inconvenience. The path of red bricks is a great improvement on the old buff coloured paving slabs. I personally would like to thank Ian Williams for a great job done and that the men were polite and understanding towards my residents.”
Old Viaduct Court
The team has also re-laid a garden path at Old Viaduct Court. Ana Santos Mora, Anchor Scheme Manager said: “The team on site did a good job. They were polite and left the area in which they were working tidy and most importantly completed the job within 2 days. All round very pleased with the job”
