Here’s another installment of the insider view into the full refurbishment Ian Williams is carrying out for Sutton Community Academy and Academy Transformation Trust, in partnership with Baily Garner LLP.
The demolition and strip-out is complete, the first fix electrics and gas to the science rooms is nearly complete, and walls have been built in about half the project. Plastering and decoration will be starting in those areas imminently, and ceilings will be going up in some areas soon.
We can’t see wait to see the end result.
