Recognising National Stress Awareness Day

Last week was National Stress Awareness Day and to mark it, we wanted to do something practical and helpful that will help our teams across the business. Our Qualified Well-Being Coach Natasha Virgili is delivering a Stress Awareness workshop looking at what stress is and how it manifests at home and at work as well as offering useful advice on techniques to use to help reduce it. 
We had over 80 attendees at our previous Mental Health workshop with similar numbers of delegates today which shows just what an important issue this is requiring ongoing focus.
