The Ian Williams’ Academy welcomes our first 2020 Apprentices

Our apprentices join us as part of the Ian Williams’ Academy training programme which is dedicated to developing the next generation of our team and shaping the future of the construction industry.

Ian Williams welcomes Ryan Manderson who has started as a Painting Apprentice in Nottingham.

Cameron Gwilym also recently joined Ian Williams and is already hard at work as a Painting Apprentice in Cardiff. Cam joins many other painting apprentices who joined the business as trainee painters under the Ian Williams Academy, training the next generation of the business’ team to be part of the future of the construction industry.
