ur first year Trainee Surveyor Ryland Croeser took some time out from the office to lend a hand to our operatives on-site. Working at a local Anchor Hanover scheme in Nottingham Ryland worked closely with the local operational team from the start of the bathroom upgrade project through to completion.
“it was really good to get out to site and work with the operatives. It has really given me an insight into the process of refurbishing a bathroom and the amount of work that goes into it. It was also great to meet the Anchor Hanover staff and the residents, they all made me feel really welcome”.
We believe it’s important for our Trainee Surveyors to understand the role of our operatives and site processes.
