This year we have recruited 53 Apprentices at Ian Williams, meaning they now make up 15% of our trade workforce.
We are also extremely proud to announce that 20% of those recruited are female.
Through our award-winning Academy, our Apprentices earn whilst they learn and their skills are nurtured for future success!
