Higher Education
Great design and maintenance provides buildings and spaces that are fit for purpose, built to last and which are safe, healthy, sustainable environments for learning. Ian Williams has a proven track record across many of the UK’s universities and colleges in delivering planned maintenance and improvements works in studying and accommodation areas. From the oldest historic buildings to new modern art colleges, we have solutions to suit every type of building and are resourced to meet the peak of carrying out these works during student holidays.
