External redecorations using anticarbonation and anti-fungal paint, to combat the high levels of carbon dioxide in the busy city centre location.
Ian Williams undertook a 2-week internal redecoration project of Nottingham Trent University’s Arkwright Building. Having not been decorated for over 10 years, works included a large number of
pre-paint repairs and decorations to walls, ceilings, balustrades, cornices, handrails, windowsills, doors and frames.
The building remained fully operational throughout the works with students also sitting examinations on campus at the same time.
