We are delighted to announce we have been awarded We invest in people, Gold accreditation for the third consecutive timeThis premium accolade is given in recognition of excellence in areas including people management, leadership, performance evaluation and empowerment. Jenny Goward, the IIP Assessor commented: “You have progressed to ‘high performing’ in many areas. A Gold award is a very high standard to retain, and I have been able to evidence improvements made over the past three years.”
