Services include internal and external refurbishment, replacement installations, whole house repairs and single extension and refurbishment projects. Our services are supported by Gas Safe, NICEIC, PAS2030, IFC and FENSA accreditations and robust RoSPA Order of Distinction recognised health and safety processes. Our programmes are tailored to meet the exact requirements of our customers, and from inception to completion services are managed by specialist teams to ensure a high quality, customer focussed and value for money service.

Case Studies

Ian Williams undertook a multi-million pound refurbishment project at Block C of the Engineering Building on Fabian Way, following a significant fire. Works included rip out, reinstatement, roof replacement, fire door installation, partitions, bathroom refurbishments, lift installation, and finishes.

University of Swansea

We conduct planned investment works, including kitchen and bathroom upgrades, window replacements, roofing projects, and electrical works. Our repairs partnership with Stonewater informs the program to maximise asset value.

We refurbish offices, teaching spaces, and listed buildings in the Central Campus, undertaking interior fitouts, roofing works, window replacements, external render, footpath enhancements, and complete redecorations.

University of Plymouth

Across Wrexham County Borough Council, we undertake void and decant property repairs and refurbishment works. Our 3 Voids Project teams handle up to 40 voids simultaneously, and our contract was a Joint Winner in the Constructing Excellence Wales Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Awards 2021.

We have a long-term planned maintenance partnership with Wiltshire Council to deliver a diverse range of planned investment works for their residential homes. Our local teams are responsible for executing these works.
