Every contractor knows the value of both specialist trades people, and multi trade operatives. In line with our strategy to directly deliver as much as possible, we’ve been working with The Growth Company to develop our multitrade apprentices. The multitrade apprenticeship which can take up to 2 years to complete – has been delivered through a personalised programme of coaching and support and we’re delighted that eight of our apprentices have passed this challenging apprenticeship. It’s such a diverse qualification but a critical one that ensures our clients can rely on us for their plumbing, plastering, carpentry and painting needs for years to come.
