Excellent customer service pays off for Anchor Hanover Group residents

Customer service is at the forefront of everything we do, so it’s fantastic when we receive compliments from our clients and residents when we’ve been working in their homes. We’ve recently completed some bathroom refurbishment projects for our client, Anchor Hanover, who following its merger is now the largest provider of specialist housing and care for people in later life in England.
Following our refurbishment of 35 bathrooms at Wellington Court in Nottingham, our team was highly praised by both the residents and staff for the finished project with some lovely thank-you cards from the scheme manager and the residents.
The good news was shared by the scheme on their Facebook account saying: “Bathroom refurbishments at Wellington Court are looking brilliant. Everyone is very happy with their new bathrooms and the workmanship of our contractors Ian Williams!”
Meanwhile, the the surveyor and residents of Anchor Hanover Group’s Ridgeway Court also took the time to send the team a personal thank-yous. “The lads have done a great job at Ridgeway Court and have gone the extra mile to deliver the job. In Oldbury, our team completed fire upgrade works at Guardian House and were again delighted to receive compliments for their work. “I have had Ian Williams visit to do some fire works at Guardian House and I am so pleased was with how smoothly the work went.
