Last week, to coincide with Inclusive Employers National Inclusion Week 2023 we held a company-wide Lunch and Learn on the topic of Neurodiversity. 66 employees from across the business joined us remotely in a session to raise awareness of neurodiversity, discuss the different types of neurodiversity and to understand why sometimes people see the world differently from us.
