Ian Williams have set aside £500,000 from this year’s profits to make a cost-of-living payment to over 1,100 of our employees. The pay boost, which will land in bank accounts in January, was communicated to employees earlier this week.
Managing Director, Andy Havard said “We recognise the need to support our people during these challenging times and help alleviate some of the pressures from rising food, fuel and energy costs this winter”.
This latest initiative follows a range of support already provided for the health and wellbeing of all our colleagues.
