Every year, we carry out a pulse survey to assess the health and engagement of everyone in the business, and for every response we get, we purchase a tree as part of the Ecologi initiative. Ecologi supports high quality tree planting in the UK, restoring the woodlands that support our vital ecosystems and habitats. This means that over the last two years, we are proud to have directly supported the planting of 1,249 trees.
