“I have nothing but good to say regarding your staff who have been working in the home. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and they have all gone above and beyond. The work not only has been getting completed to a high standard, but they have understood the environment where they are carrying out their work which is so important to us. The empathy which has been shown towards the residents has been outstanding.
Every day the team have come into the home with a smile on their face having a positive attitude and always saying Good morning to all. They made all the residents feel comfortable and listened to which is extremely important to us in a residential care home.
The time that they have spent at the home has flown by. They have become part of the Abbeyfield family and they will be missed around the home once they leave.”
